Lesson 304; experiencing an event so traumatic that you can’t tell anyone (family/friends) to spare them from feeling an ounce of your pain takes Super Saiyan-level strength. It’s exhausting.
I read somewhere that survival mode should only be a phase you go in to save your life, not a constant state of daily affairs. The beasts, dragons, demons, and giants that I slay in my dreams are far more appealing than in real life.
I always pray to continuously walk in creative flow. Sometimes, I’m caught up in rapture of storytelling. Other times, there’s a silence that pierces my soul. I’m not sure what all the elements are to create the perfect storm that makes my pen move or my cursor to glide. Gratitude seems to be at least one piece of the puzzle.
“Feeling inadequate isn’t all that uncommon. Just because you’re born into a certain special circumstance, or your life is put on a specific path doesn’t mean that your way is any more illuminated than others. You’re right, though when you lack inner faith, it’s almost as if you have an invisible target on your back. Instead of receiving mercy or kindness, you might just be gutted like a defenseless deer.”

IT’S THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING A DREAM COME TRUE THAT MAKES LIFE INTERESTING.
